Shipping Policy – Little Pima

At Little Pima, we carefully package every order of soft Peruvian Pima cotton essentials so they arrive safely and beautifully. We ship from Ontario, Canada using DHL Express and UPS as our primary carriers to destinations worldwide.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian holidays).
  • Custom or pre-order items (if any) may require longer processing — these timelines are clearly noted on the product page.
  • We ship in-stock orders as quickly as possible so your little one can enjoy their new pieces without delay.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Canada
We use DHL Express and UPS (tracked). Delivery estimates begin after your order ships and are approximate.

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked):
    • Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days
    • Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Tracked):
    • Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
    • Rest of Canada: 2–5 business days

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD within Canada (excluding remote areas such as Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories, where additional fees may apply).

United States & International (Worldwide)
We ship to virtually every country supported by DHL Express and UPS.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination using our DHL Express account rates and UPS published rates.
Exact pricing, including any applicable fuel or accessorial surcharges, is shown at checkout. Delivery times are generally:

  • United States: 2–6 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of world: 4–10 business days

Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for international orders.

Shipping Costs
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout in CAD based on the live carrier rates for your destination and package details. There are no hidden fees beyond standard carrier surcharges (e.g. fuel).

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (usually within 24 hours).
  • Track your package anytime via the link or your Shopify account.
  • If a package is delayed or appears lost, contact us — we will assist with carrier claims.

Important Notes

  • Every order is carefully packaged to protect delicate fabrics and embroidery.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery. Signature confirmation is available on many services for higher-value orders.
  • During peak periods (holidays, sales) processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your patience.
  • All orders are shipped. We do not offer in-person pickup.
